Rudy Project Ultimatum

November 12, 2009

The sun is there, up in the sky, for some of us more than others. While here in Saskatoon the sun shines a lot. Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall. I tend not to wear sunglasses that often, mainly because I need a prescription to be able to see well. But the Rudy Project Ultimatum had me squinting away in order to wear these great shades.

The first thing that you will notice with the Ultimatum is that is seems to be the love child of Ray Ban and Buddy Holly. The Ultimatum gives you a nice classic chunky style that actually works. The frames are extremely light, so they are always feeling comfortable. These proved to be a great shade for heading to the coffee shop all summer.

The smoke black lenses are nice and dark but still allow you to see fairly well out of them, they just prevent others from seeing in. And as usual the Ultimatum is made in Italy, so these things are solid.

The side arms have a silver metallic accent piece that adds just enough accent to the black to make it distinct. A nice soft and hard case come with the Ultimatum to keep your shades safe while not on your face.

Go buy some, wear them all the time in the sunshine, have style, be cool.
